YYN is a China-based trading company focused on steel structure projects. We are not one fixed self-owned factory; we match production resources by project fit.

How do contract and payment details work?

The buyer signs with the YYN seller named in the contract and pays only a YYN company account whose beneficiary matches that contract seller. Legal identity details are provided privately at the formal quotation or contracting stage before payment.

How does YYN follow the order after payment?

YYN reports material progress or exceptions when identified. During intensive stages, updates may be daily; when there is no material progress, we issue a status update at least every seven days.

How quickly can YYN respond to an inquiry?

Inquiries may be submitted at any time. The first human response is within 12 hours.

Who handles quality, delay, or delivery issues?

Within the contracted scope, YYN handles quality, delay, and delivery issues through the agreed process. Force majeure and responsibilities outside that scope follow the signed terms.
