Start with the project specification, appointed local engineer, contractual handover point, intended port or free-zone route, exposure inputs, and site receiving plan. YYN can review the China-side supply inputs without providing UAE engineering approval, customs advice, or statutory acceptance.
Inputs to Confirm
Define the handover point before assigning port, inland, coating, or storage responsibilities.
Exposure and storage
Use project documents to define coating and package protection for the intended exposure, transit, laydown, and storage conditions.
Port or free-zone route
The importer, carrier, and receiving party must confirm current procedures, documents, free time, duties, access, and unloading.
Contract boundary
Assign each import, inland, storage, damage, shortage, and installation responsibility through the Incoterm and signed contract.
Prepare for the destination
Send the project country, site conditions, drawings, delivery basis, and required date.
YYN will identify China-side supply questions and the items that remain with local engineers, authorities, carriers, or installers.
