Buyer Cooperation Process
Seven steps for working with YYN
This is the commercial cooperation flow between the overseas buyer and YYN.
Review scope
YYN checks the project use, destination country, rough tonnage, coating needs, and missing quotation information.
Match factory resources
Factory resources are matched by structure type, schedule, coating requirement, member size, and availability.
Confirm quotation scope
The quotation scope is clarified before order discussion so exclusions, assumptions, and document boundaries are visible.
Confirm order and project owner
After commercial terms are agreed, YYN assigns a named primary China-side coordinator. Larger or more complex orders receive additional team coverage with the responsibility split communicated at kickoff.
Follow production milestones
Agreed key production milestone records are collected and reported during fabrication.
Coordinate packing and export handover
YYN follows packing marks, loading records, and export document handover according to the agreed scope.
Transparent Project Ownership
Know who owns the next action.
The kickoff record identifies the project reference, primary coordinator, contact route, update rhythm, backup route, and any supporting roles for technical documents, production follow-up, commercial coordination, inspection interfaces, or logistics.
Production Milestones YYN May Follow
Nine factory milestones that can be recorded when agreed
These are production-side checkpoints. The exact record scope depends on drawings, project type, factory cooperation, and buyer requirements.
Drawing review
Review drawing completeness, assumptions, and missing information before quotation or production.
Raw steel arrival
Collect material arrival photos and basic preparation records when included in the follow-up scope.
Cutting
Follow cutting progress, member marks, and CNC processing records where available.
Assembly
Record component assembly progress so buyers can see how members are formed.
Welding
Follow welding progress and notes for agreed key fabrication stages.
Shot blasting
Record surface preparation before painting, galvanizing, or other coating work.
Coating / fireproof coating
Follow paint, galvanizing, or fireproof coating requirements according to buyer specification and local engineer direction.
Inspection coordination
Coordinate agreed records issued by factory QC or the appointed inspector for dimensions, hole positions, weld appearance, coating, or packing readiness.
Packing and loading
Follow package marks, accessory boxes, loading sequence, container number, and export handover documents.
Two Connected Workflows
Commercial order control and factory production are tracked separately.
The buyer workflow covers scope, quotation, contract, payment details, written changes, shipment release, and arrival support. The production workflow covers materials, cutting, assembly, welding, surface treatment, inspection, packing, and loading.
Before order
Confirm drawing revision, scope, exclusions, delivery basis, responsibilities, and quotation validity.
Order start
Confirm the contracting entity, payment route, project ID, primary contact, baseline plan, and open items.
During production
Track agreed milestones, changes, schedule variance, inspection roles, and buyer decisions.
Before and after shipment
Confirm packing, accessories, documents, loading, release status, and arrival issue coordination.
