Supply baseline
List steel, bolts, enclosure, coating, documents, inspection roles, packing, Incoterm, exclusions, and open assumptions.
Packing and import
The buyer's appointed import agent should confirm current official packaging, cleanliness, biosecurity, and entry requirements.
Inland receiving
Confirm package limits, unloading, storage, weather protection, access, and the party responsible after the contractual handover point.
Prepare for the destination
Send the project country, site conditions, drawings, delivery basis, and required date.
YYN will identify China-side supply questions and the items that remain with local engineers, authorities, carriers, or installers.
