Buyers use YYN when they want more than a factory quotation. The value is a defined supply scope, factory-fit review, one primary contact, planned follow-up, written changes, packing and document coordination, and a single China-side route for questions before and after shipment.
Direct Factory vs YYN
Both routes can work, but the buyer manages different responsibilities.
This comparison is neutral: many factories are capable producers. YYN is useful when an overseas buyer needs an additional China-side layer for scope, coordination, records, and export execution.

The factory procurement amount, factory-charged project items, separately charged third-party services, and YYN's total project margin are kept separate in the project cost record.
Third-party costs excluded
Inspection, testing, logistics, insurance, or other approved external services are charged separately and do not count as YYN margin.

YYN's total retained project margin is shown as a separate amount and per-tonne calculation.
USD 100/tonne cap
All YYN-retained project charges count toward a margin capped at USD 100 per metric tonne of the agreed chargeable steel weight.
Hidden Work Without China-side Support
The lowest unit price is not always the lowest complete project cost.
Possible hidden work includes factory assessment, scope-gap review, revision control, production chasing, accessory checks, packing recovery, document correction, and coordination when responsibilities are split across several parties.

Clear Boundaries
Clear service responsibilities
YYN supports project-specific factory matching, China-side coordination, agreed progress-record coordination, and export handover. Local engineering, approvals, installation, factory quality control, and appointed third-party inspection retain their formal responsibilities.

Know what is normally coordinated and what needs a separate written arrangement.
The final quotation or order confirms the actual service scope. Additional external or project-specific services are not automatically included in a basic steel supply price.

Availability, responsible parties, schedule impact, deliverables, and third-party service costs must be confirmed in writing. Third-party service costs are charged separately and excluded from YYN margin. All charges retained by YYN remain part of the disclosed project margin and its USD 100-per-metric-tonne cap.
Commercial Verification
A clear China-side process also includes a verifiable order and payment route.
Before payment, the buyer should compare the final quotation, signed order, beneficiary details, payment milestones, delivery basis, and responsibility boundaries. Any bank-detail change should be checked through a known YYN contact.

Installation Risk Reduction
Reduce avoidable site confusion before the steel leaves China.
Disciplined drawing, marking, accessory, and packing controls help prevent or identify missing parts and mismatched information before site installation.
Before production
- Confirm the controlled drawing issue and written changes.
- Clarify foundation and interface dimensions with the responsible local parties.
- Define connection intent, bolts, accessories, and excluded scope.
During production
- Record agreed critical dimensions and hole positions.
- Maintain member marks and accessory references.
- Arrange trial assembly or formal inspection only when separately agreed.
Before shipment
- Relate member marks to drawings and packing lists.
- Separate and label accessory boxes.
- Plan packing and loading around receiving or erection sequence where practical.
YYN can coordinate the confirmed China-side controls and records. Local engineering, site measurement, erection planning, installation work, authority approval, and formal inspection remain with the responsible appointed parties.
