Policy Summary
YYN uses an open-book procurement model for confirmed steel structure orders. The buyer can review the factory procurement cost basis, separately charged third-party service costs, the agreed chargeable steel weight, and YYN's total retained project margin. Third-party service costs are excluded from YYN's margin calculation. All charges retained by YYN count toward the USD 100-per-metric-tonne margin cap.

What transparency means on a YYN project
The signed order confirms the project-specific evidence, responsible parties, update rhythm, chargeable weight, currency, and commercial basis.
Team coverage when needed
Larger or more complex orders receive additional team coverage for technical documents, production follow-up, commercial coordination, inspection interfaces, or logistics.
Open-book factory procurement
The factory purchase price and factory-charged project items included in the order are disclosed to the buyer. Applicable third-party services are quoted and charged separately.
Capped YYN project margin
YYN's total retained project margin is shown separately and will not exceed USD 100 per metric tonne of the agreed chargeable steel weight in the signed order.
Project Ownership
One accountable coordinator, with additional roles for complex work
The buyer receives the project reference, primary coordinator, contact route, responsibility summary, update schedule, and supporting team roles at project kickoff.

Process Visibility
A reviewable record chain from quotation baseline to export handover
Records remain linked to the confirmed project scope. Photographs and routine updates support visibility but do not replace drawings, measurement, testing, formal inspection, certification, or signed acceptance.

Open-Book Cost Record
Factory procurement, separately charged third-party services, and YYN margin stay separate
The buyer can trace the amount used for each part of the project price. Non-project personal information or security-sensitive bank data may be protected, but project amounts, scope, and margin calculation are not hidden.

Margin Formula and Cap
All YYN-retained project charges count toward one visible cap
YYN total project margin equals the YYN steel order amount minus the disclosed factory procurement cost.
YYN project margin per metric tonne equals that total margin divided by the agreed chargeable steel weight stated in the signed order.
Cap: YYN's total project margin will not exceed USD 100 per metric tonne. YYN will not use a separate management, coordination, service, or similar retained charge to bypass this cap.
Third-party inspection, laboratory testing, logistics, insurance, and other approved external services are charged separately according to their agreed external cost. They are not YYN revenue or margin and do not enter the USD 100-per-metric-tonne calculation. The signed order records the currency, factory procurement basis, third-party-cost treatment, agreed chargeable steel weight, and margin schedule.
Written Change Control
No material cost, scope, price, or schedule change without a visible record
A change record identifies the changed document or requirement, the responsible requester, the effect on factory procurement cost, third-party costs, YYN margin, chargeable weight, schedule, and buyer-approval status.
Before approval
The original baseline remains visible while the proposed change and its effect are reviewed.
After approval
The accepted amount, scope, schedule, and controlled reference are recorded in the applicable signed order document or approved change.
When not approved
The change stays open or rejected and does not silently alter the confirmed commercial baseline.
